Synopsis: There is honor among theives - but not always, and not with all thieves in the world of AMERICAN BUFFALO, a tale of friendship betrayed in the world of small time hustlers. Donny Dubrow (Franz) runs a junk shop. When he realizes he sold a buffalo head nickel to a customer for a lot less than it was worth, he decides to steal it back.
