For thirty years, Pail Geremia has been surviving solely by the fruit of his musical labors and has done street singing, played exclusive clubs, and everything in between. His performances are a blend of acoustic guitar (six & 12-string), vocals, harmonica and piano.
He creates music which is sometimes smooth and intricate and sometimes rough and hard-edged. His songs vary from old-time country blues and early jazz to his many original compositions. He has recorded 5 solo albums and appears on several notable anthologies. His two Red House Records releases Gamblin Woman Blues and Self Portrait have been nominated for W.C. Handy Awards in the Best Acoustic Category.
